By downloading, installing, or using Mind Flow ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Mind Flow is an iOS application that lets you capture thoughts via voice or text. The app automatically titles, tags, and organizes your entries using on-device intelligence. It also provides full-text search and offline access. All data is stored locally on your device.
Mind Flow offers an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks full access to the app:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
You retain full ownership of all content you create in Mind Flow, including voice recordings, transcriptions, and notes. Your content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You are solely responsible for the content you create.
You agree not to misuse the app or use it for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, or circumvent any technical limitations.
Mind Flow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will not occur. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mind Flow and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Your use of Mind Flow is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
