How do I capture a note?
Tap the microphone and speak, or type into the field below it. You can also capture from the lock screen widget, or send a link from Safari or any app via the share sheet.
How does AI organization work?
Every note automatically gets a title, tags, and one of 12 categories. This runs on-device with Apple Intelligence — your notes are never sent to external AI services.
Where is my data stored?
Everything stays on your device. There is no account, no cloud, and no tracking.
How do I find a note later?
Open Flow to see everything you saved, sorted by day and filtered by category. Or use search to find a note by a single word or by tag.
I'm done with a note. What now?
Swipe it off the list, or tap “Done with this” when viewing the note. You can also edit a note's text and tags at any time.
Is Mind Flow free?
Mind Flow is free with a daily capture limit. Mind Flow Pro unlocks unlimited notes for $0.99 per month, and comes with a 1-month free trial. You can manage your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Is Mind Flow available on Android?
Mind Flow is currently available only on iPhone. We are considering expanding to other platforms in the future.
